Thank you for making our last moments with Murphy so special and memorable. He was such a massive part of our lives and we were so grateful to have our final thoughts with him at Forever Loved. The environment was nice and calming, perfect for sharing thoughts with Murphy before he was gone forever. Baxter or as we liked to call him Baxie, was our wee treasure in life. A one of a kind little character with more love for us than words can explain. We only had 9 short months with little Baxie so were devastated when we lost him, and still are. Athenas' prompt, caring and comforting approach was exactly what we needed when saying goodbye to our little man. Losing a family member is distressing and when Jindi was hit and killed by a car I called Forever Loved for assistance. She was so supportive, she was able to see me straight away and she allowed me time to sit with Jindi and talk about her. Her lovely old dog was a great comfort too.
Jindi’s ashes were returned to me so I could scatter her in my garden and had I wanted to keep her in a box, there were some lovely options available.

I only had two years with my beloved Puss-Puss. Throughout this time she provided the family with lots of laughs and wonderful memories. Athena greeted us with cuddles & kind words of support. What really helped was knowing that I was handing Puss-Puss over to someone who truly understood the special bond between a pet and their owner. Athena treated Puss-Puss with the dignity and respect she deserved. I can’t thank Athena enough for her compassion during a difficult time.

Te Nana was there to greet me after work every day, annoy me with a cold nose at 4 am and give the best hugs for 15+ years and when she died in my arms I was devastated. I was also unsure what do next. After the shock had worn off for myself, I remembered Athena. I can’t recommend the wonderful gift that is Athena highly enough and will be forever grateful for the wonderful service she provides.

I was shocked when I found my baby cat lying dead beside the road. I was a mess. When I called Athena and enquired about her service, I lost it again on the phone, she was so gentle with me and took her time listening to my beloved baby cat's story. She gave me warmth over my kitty cat's death. I cant thank her enough because it. No doubt I will recommend her service to anyone, although I do not wish anyone need to use her service.

Once again, thank you for your kindness and compassion. Cruz has left a big gap in our lives and it is really tough going at the moment. It was nice to chat to you about our dogs that we have lost. We have been very blessed with having some amazing dogs which we were so proud of. I will highly recommend you in the future, you are a very special person to do what you are doing.
